Is it good to do Cardio right after weight training? I'm trying to put on some muscle but not gain weight, maybe loose a little if possible. I've been doing cardio right after my weight training except for days I do my legs. I didn't think it would be good to do it before weights cause it may make me a little tired. Should I just do cardio on my days off which would be 3?
I wouldn't do cardio before lifting. If you want to get cut, do cardio after weight lifting. My friend bought some book by Arnold and it says that. My friend has gotten nice results off it.
