I was born with only one bone in my forearms, and long story short can not rotate my wrists at all. Hammer curls are all i know to do for my biceps, any advice? reach me here as monkeychrist, or sa10smurf@comcast.net

Seated rows will work biceps as assistors.
That is a hard one, how to work biceps with out any rotation. You can't supinate or pronate your hands?
