What a super site! Well, I'm supposed to introduce myself.
I'm 46. For about 25 years I tried to ruin myself with cigarettes and beer.
3 years ago I quit smoking and drinking and have been on a quest to regain my health. I lift 4-6 days a week and run 2 miles 2-3 times a week. Once a week a try to go on a long run (3-5 miles) but I don't always have time to fit it in.
And the best thing is there are no blackouts from exercise!
