I have a few exercise videos, each focusing on one of these problem areas. I want to work them all. How can I incorporate all of these videos and my treadmill to get firmer hips, thighs, and butt? I want a weekly schedule.
You have to incorporate a healthy diet and enough rest as well to get results.
You can work your legs heavy (squat and lunges) once a week and then some light work with lots of repetitions once a week as well.
Cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-45 mins, depends on your goal. Please fill in your profile.
