i am 16 and im trying to build up strength and wieght for football i was wondering what is the best way to go about this besides dieting, is the any essential supplements or anything that i should take
Other than that.... EAT!!! Supplements are not neccessary at your age. Supplements are there only when you don't eat enough. Protein may be an option, but you need to look at your diet and adjust your food to fit your lifestyle before you spend the money on anything extra. I didn't start taking supplements until I was 19 and even then I wasn't taking anything more than protein. I trained hard and I ate more food in a day than most of my friends ate in a week when I was in college. Its all about discipline.
