I know this question may have come up. I'm new to the site and I have tried Cell-Tech Creatine. I found that Cell-Tech has given me the real gains. But its too expensive and I'm spending an arm and a leg on that stuff. Some people have said Pro Lab Creapure and Optimum Creapure is good. I just want to see results. I am taking Biotest MRP, Hydroxycut (8 capsules a day), Creatine and glutamine.
1.) Is their any products that combine creatine and glutamine?
2.)Whats a good, effective creatine product that will work and not as expensive as Cell-Tech.
3.)How is EAS's creatine.
4.) Some people swear that some creatine is better than others..others say all creatine monohyrdate is the same. Whats true?

1) How about a creatine/glutamine/protein mix? Animal Max
2) I prefer just the old fashioned powder, but if you're looking for a combo product, then Cell Pro by Universal (which also uses exclusively the Creapure brand). You can get 1 kg for less than $25.
3) Garbage
4) Creapure Creatine is the cleanest and most analyzed on the market. It was the only one that helped me with substantial strength gains without the negative side effects, such as stomach problems.
Hope this helps. Good luck...

rev, why are some brands garbage to one person and great to another? Is it individual preference or are they lacking in some way?

I mix my Creatine (40 days on and 40 off) with apple juice and see fine gains. I ONLY use Creapure from Optimum. Very cheap and good. Im sure Ill get flamed for saying this- but Cell-Tech SUCKS. So damn expensive and gave me stomach cramps from hell. Optimum before my workout and 5g of Glut are my fave off cycle.

rev8ball,
Can you tell me the brands you use for protein and glutamine? Also, I have heard that the flavoured creatine and glutamine is counter productive. i.e a pure kind should simply be mixed with water. Is this true?
thanks

thanks rev8ball.....yeah i will look into creapure.
Joe 5572..do you just take 5g of glutamine when you are not taking creatine? so 40 days creatiine, and 40 days glutamine only?

I would ALWAYS take Glut. But with Creatine- I only go on 40 days at a time with 40 off. Sorry- that was my bad in describing it earlier.

Being in the industry for as long as I have, you end up being put in the loop regarding alot of things about alot of companies. You find out about manufacturing procedures, raw materials, lab essays, quality control, marketing, etc., as well as personal experience.

Can you only find creapure creatine on the internet. I looked at 6 different kinds last night at the drug store and none of them said that on the label. So my next question is if 'garbage' brands are all you can find, or for some, afford, is it better than nothing or just a waste of money?

Universal, Prolab, and, I believe, Optimum, all use Creapure currently. All 3 are big companies, so you should be able to get them at any supplement store.
