Im a beginner obviously...I dont have any weight lifting tools except for 2 of 10 and 20 pound dumbells. This site told me some really great exercizes to do to game muscle mass increasing my weight but didnt tell if a break in between each set was necessary. If it is, how long should i wait. I am doing 4 sets of pushups, side laterals, chins between bars, can culs, dips behind the back, home squats and calf raises. Reps are 15, 15, 12, 10. Thanx in advance to any help you can give.
