I AM CONFUSSED, I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT YOU SHOULD WORK YOUR TRICEPS W/ YOUR CHEST, AND YOUR BICEPS WITH YOUR SHOULDERS?

I believe I can easily summarize my answer into one single sentence ...."There is NO right method or order to weight training, change is the only constant that should be right in a workout."

We do chest/triceps, back/biceps and then shoulders on it's own day. Some do back/chest, biceps/triceps/shoulders. Some do an entire upper body workout and some give each part it's own day. Whatever works for you is what is right.

I split it up chest/bis and back/tris so I can work the tris and bis twice a week......one day as target, and the other as secondary muscles. I usually feel like it's a bit too much to target tris on the same day I've already worked them secondarily with chest. As with any program, though, personal preference is very important.
