Hey everybody. I joined this site about 3 weeks ago and just wanted to let you all know my progress. I've been running 6 days a week and working out at home (push-ups, sit-ups, db workouts, resistance band training). I'm 6'1 ,185lbs.
My weight has stayed steady but my fat is visibly down and my muscle is alot harder and I'm visibly more toned. Still got a little gut to battle but things are improving!!! My energy is up and my diet is getting alot better. Thanks to you all for the info and motivation!
