Hi everyone. I am a 25 year old female from Indiana. I am 5'4" and 158 pounds. I am trying desperatly to lose 28 pounds. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Diet and exercise. Lay out a plan for both (ft can help you with that) and follow it as best you can. Having a program outlined is key. There is an abundance of great information here that can help you. Good luck.
