I work-out on Mon-Thur-Sat. This week I have not trained at all due to illness. I can do my Mon schedule tonight, Thur on Friday and Sat on Sunday but is that packing too much together. Should I just skip my Monday schedule for this week, and do my regular Thur and Sat schedule or fit it all in ?
Do what feels comfortable to you. If I miss a workout I usually just do it the next day and continue from there. If I feel too tired to do certain workouts back to back without rest then I take a rest day.
