I am new here, and I am trying to just get toned, I want to keep my body weight, but if I don't start to keep fit, my weight will go up. Seeing as I tend to be a wishy washy work out type, you know in and out of the workout plans, it doesn't seem to help. Hopefully i can keep to this routine, and make it just that. A routine. Wish me luck!!

Good luck tilly1981! If you find yourself slipping, come back to ft for some motivation. The people here are great for that.

Good luck, and like I_Am azon said, come back for motivation until your trainning routine will be into you!!!and you can't do whitout it...
