Hey,
I'm trying to get bigger upper body and Increase my vertical for basketball (just to let you know info about me), but here's my question: This website's workout for me says that I should do triceps chest and shoulders in the same day, and likewise with back and biceps.........I was wondering if I should do that or not because for example when I do chest, it makes my tris and shoulders a little tired already, etc..... I'm wanting to know how ppl on here do this, and also any advice on when to work out what......thanks
