I'm just starting a home training program, and I was wondering if there was any part of this site which showed proper techniques for the following exercises:
Chest - Push ups
Shoulders - Side laterals
Back - Chins between Chairs
Biceps - Can curls
Triceps - Dips behind the back
Abdominals - Crunches
Legs - Free Squats
Calves - Calf Raises
I do know the general idea of these exercises, but I would like to know the proper techniques so that I dont injure myself.
yeah, just go to the tool bar...put curser on 'ft excercise resources' then go down to 'excercise ft tools' the click on 'excercise glossary' then, click on the body part you want to see excercises on and just go from there. goood luck.
