Hey,

I'm currently doing the Gain Muscle Mass Training Program. I've been working out for years now and decided to try something new. My only concern with this is the amount of "old school" back workouts. For example, the T-bar raises (not the machine) and Bent Over Dumbell Rows and even Deadlifts. The only reason I have a concern is that I there is such a large area to create an error while attempting these workouts. Don't get me wrong, I did them today and it totally shocked my back (in a good way), but I'm concerned about any beginners who try these?

Even for myself, I was so concerned performing my deadlift workout, all I kept thinking about was, "how is my form?".

Can anyone relate to this?

Just thought I'd throw this out there. I'll keep you posted on how the program went.

A.

When I first started doing ben over barbell rows, my form was bad. It has hard for me to keep my back straight and bend forward a little bit. I was ok with deadlifts. So I started wearing a belt to keep my lower back straight and had a friend watch my form. Eventually my form got better as I got used to doing the exercise.
