i just wanted to say hi. Im heavily into sports and love to workout, i do football, gymnastics(dont laugh about that), basketball and im checking out wrestling. i workout 5-7 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week.
Hi, I wish I had the kind of time to be that involved in so many sports. Anyway whats wrong with gymnastics... some of those people seem to be in awesome shape. I wouldn't mind being able to do half of those gymnastic tricks. Good luck with your sports but it sounds as if your probably already in great shape to participate in so many different things.
