Hi when I do pushups, should I imput my own body weight as imputed weight, or just use 0, seeing as there is no external weight on my body.

I have been using "1" as my weight from the suggestion my someone else on this board, I will try and find out the reason for you as soon as I can...

You can also enter the number of reps.
It's just for tracking.

hi..iam really confused about heavy weights and light weights...when should i use light weights ,n when should i use heavy weights..and for how many reps..!! for all body part ..!! thanx
