Hello my name is Paul, I Have to ask u guys a question. I am trying to gain muscle mass (get really thick), and I wanted to know how long I am supposed to stay on a particular exercise plan. --Am I supposed to stay on all year-round, for half a year-then rest? Also how should my nutritious plan be carried out?--(I am taking Cell Tech and Glutamine)--thanks
I think most say to change things up every 8-12 weeks for the best results. The mass and gains programs her on ft are 12 weeks I believe. Usually after that you take a week off and start over with a new routine or some changes to your old one.
