hey i have lke a diet i eat sorta every day and was wondering if it was ok or what i should add or to do to make it beter.
Well i wake up around 6:15 and have two scrambled eggs i have a salda for lunch which is around 11 and then when i get home at a 3:30 i grill a skinless chichken brest and for dinner i eat pasta then around 9:30 i eat some tuna. I am 5'7 and weigh about 154 and is that fine or do i mean mor of soemthing 2 it

It depends on what your goals are. What time is your dinner of the pasta? Your diet seems pretty clean though.

well i eat pasta around 6:15 - 6:30 and my goals are to get like defined and lose fat in the stomach to get abs so those are my basic goals

Try doing your ab workout before you go to bed to burn off extra calories. To get defined try running after you workout.

Looks like a pretty long time between breakfast and lunch to me... Also, what's in your salad? Just leafy greens? Might want to toss some hard-boiled eggs or something in there...

If you are on a maintenance program, what are your needed calories for a day? What you eat looks good and eating many small meals is important too. As long as you are meeting your needed kcal and P/C/F ratios.
