i wanted to know which is better. to not eat or eat a meal that is not on your scheduled diet. i run into this dilema whenever i work late and dont bring dinner with me.
Well you listed your goals as trying to lose 10-15 inches from your waistline so I think it is better not to eat an unscheduled meal. Or if you're hungry and forget to bring dinner (if dinner is the last thing you eat) to work eat something light.
I think it is better if you eat something, just try to keep it healthy. Not eating/skipping meals will slow your metabolism...you don't want that if your goal is to lose weight.
