Ok guys I have a problem. It is now 3 o'clock in the morning and I'm going to sleep, but I am really hungry. What should I eat that won't transform in fat during my sleep. I know we are not supposed to eat carbs before sleep, but what do you eat when you're in my situation !!!
Thank
Dayz

I'd probably eat some cottage cheese with tuna or a big glass of milk. That should give you some slow-digesting protein to last you through the night.

Cottage cheese is great! You can also go with a protein shake.

I usually have a few egg whites or a protein shake.

If any are interested, I use 4 eggwhites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and a tbsp. of flax seed sprinkled on top and a tbsp. of flax oil. (Not only for the EFA's, but great fiber).

When I'm hungry that late, I force myself to sleep and say to myself "I can't wait til breakfast" hehe
