Hi. This summer I put on 15 pounds in a couple months by modifying my diet as I want to bulk up. My diet is pretty clean, but as I put on that much weight I also put on some fat. I want to keep my current weight of 185 but lose the fat. So should I first cut the fat then try to bulk up a little bit again or should I just train hard and eventually add some more muscle mass while I burn the fat? How hard is it to maintain your body weight and add muscle and lose fat? Before I put on the mass I was 170 pounds and 9% bf. Now I'm 185 and 13-14%bf.
A lot of people cycle their gaining/cutting phases, by changing their diet and weight programs. I personally have been trading bodyfat for muscle and keeping at the same weight for a long time. Which in my case was not what I wanted to do. But I am a woman and we store fat easier.

I know this is going to blow your mind but this works for me. Try the opposite of what conventional thought tells you and like I said this works for me. On your "cutting cycle" train for power low reps 6-8 heavy, heavy, heavy and throw in cardio while maintaining current diet. Good luck
