who was your inspiration to start lifting and why?
mine was bruce lee cuz i was training to be a fighter and i really needed some strength but i eventually gave up on figthing after i gained a few inches cuz no one wanted really wanted to train with me. i still spar but just for fun every once in awhile but i still lift all the time.

Well, I have followed Arnies career since he first came over here, before he won his first Mr. O! Followed him through his bad movies, Hercules in New York, etc. Got to be Arnie. Self made man. Second would be Franco Columbu.

Eddie George....my training was always sports-related, and Eddie was and still is an unbelieveable specimen. It's frightening that a guy who is 6'3" 240 can run a 4.4 and juke you outta your jock if necessary. His training regimine is insane, and the guy takes (and delivers) some of the most brutal hits in football. He's a train, and as a Buckeyes fan I've always looked up to him.

My inspiration is superman. Yep not a real person i know. Superman stands for a lot...morally, ideally, physically, and he's the man of steel for christ's sake.
