I started working out and in the first three weeks I gained 17lbs. I am now in my 9th week and have not gained since. I suppose the law of diminishing returns has given me a citation.
Hey there F.ZaneFan.. first off.. gotta help us out a bit by filling in your profile. Are you already slim? Heavy? We dunno..
Don't be discouraged by the weight gain. You may want to look into what you're eating.. sometimes we figure "hey I'm working out.. I can eat this!" And due to your increase in burnt calories you may be hungrier than usual. But you also may be putting on some muscle mass... which is a great thing.. because soon, that will help burn off the fat.
Are you on a build muscle type plan? or a fat burn type plan?
