HI, I'M TAKING 600MG OF BOTH EVERY DAY.
I WORK NIGHT SHIFT (11PM-8AM) AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT WOULD BE GOOD TIMES TO TAKE THEM. SORRY FOR THE DUMB QUESTION, BUT I JUST STARTED TO TAKE IT AND DON'T WANT TO TAKE THEM THE WRONG WAY.

Id split it up into 2 doses. 300mg of each when you wake up and 300mg of each before you go to sleep. That should keep it in your system pretty well. hope this helps.

I am not sure about the 4AD but with the 1AD I like to take one in the morning and then I take 2 about 45-50 min before workouts. The 1AD peaks at about 80-90 minutes after ingestion, so you will hit the peak in the middle of your workout.
