for those who are trying to lose weight, what do you eat throughout the day? I have been trying to come up with different ideas about what I could eat without having the same thing every day.

To lose weight your going to have to give up most oily, greasy, fatty (basically all the good tasting foods) your going to have to eat fish, whole grains, turkey, chicken, tuna....my advise get a health cook book and take a good ol visit to the herbs and spices section in your local grocery store to add some flavor to your food. The same thing deal does get old, but the benefits far out weigh the prices...to me anyway.

Well, this is what I ate yesterday:

7:00 am - 4 Egg Whites scrambled with 1/4 cup oatmeal,
cinnamon, and splenda

10:00 am - 3 oz Boarshead turkey and an apple

1:00 pm - 3 oz tuna mixed with 1/3 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup peppers & onions with ranch dressing (YUMMY)

4:00 pm - Protein shake and an apple

7:00 pm - Caesar salad with Turkey

10:00 pm - 3 egg whites

thats what i eat

Breakfast

home made whole wheat bread..
1 cup of tea (without sugar)

Lunch

Cooked vegetable or pasta

Snack

fruits


I am not on diet actually.. but thats what i like to eat all day

I m 18 years old.. Height 6.. weight 125
