Hello,

I need some advice. I've been following a low carb diet (30-40 carbs a day) for several years now and I'm pretty fed up with it. I realize it's not a healthy lifestyle but I'm used to routine and ever since I was a kid I've had something to follow. So I've totally had my exercise routine down pat for more than a year now and I feel like I need to follow through with the rest.
You guys game me a program to follow but it seems hard to follow. In order to follow the program I'll have to count every little thing I put in my mouth. How will I know how much I'm consuming If I don't? Plus, I'm worried I'm going to be hungry all the time. So I'm 5'8, 145lbs and I'm not sure how to eat. Can someone please help me?
P.S. I'm a muncher so I need some suggestions on what I can munch on throughout my day.

I think most of us do count everything we eat, at least until it is routine. What were the numbers ft gave you? Munching constantly can be very detrimental to your program as that is usually unconscious eating and we forget to count it. Plan to eat every 2-3 hours throughout your awake hours. Small meals or healthy snacks. the easiest way to start is to divide your total by the number of meals and try to work with that.
