so last week i FINALLY hit my goal of benching 250lbs for 6 reps. its taken me about 3 years to do it cause i started out struggling benching only 130lbs so im happy i finally got there. next ill shoot for an even 300lbs (by the way im 5'10" 175ish lbs). but thats later, for now i have a short term goal that i wonder if i can can get some suggestions for.
for about two months ive been taking a mix of creatine, protein, myoblast csp3 and meta cell to help build muscle. its worked as i can feel my muscles getting harder, BUT before that i had been taking an ephedra product while doing cardio stuff to lean up. so when i stopped taking those ephedras to build muscle (for fear of using up too many calories that i needed for building muscle), i got a little flabbier.so heres ,my question...
now that summer almost done and ive accomplished my goal for now i want to get rid of some body fat. so pretty much im gonna start running again but how often is too much? is there such a thing? during the school year when i only have one job i usually go lift weights 4-5 days so i waas thinking of running 3-4 days (i run roughly 3 miles but im working up to 5). is that going to be too much running? am i going to lose some of the muscle ive worked for over the summer even if i still hit the weights pretty heavy? basically im at 175lbs right now with an amount of muscle that im happy with (for now) would losing 5-10 lbs kill off too much muscle? better still, is it easier to keep doing cardio 4 days a week when im trying to build muscle so i dont have to do this yo-yoing next time? i hope this make sense? let me know if not and ill clarify it. thanks
