Hello everyone, I am new to this site. I have a question. I seem to have trouble losing weight in the tummy area. I have slimmed down everywhere else, but at the tummy it is like loose jelly. I have had two pregnancies and I know I will not have a flat tummy but what to do with the loose jelly like tummy? It looks like my skin is not bouncing back at all. (please do not recommend plastic surgury for this!!)

Welcome to freetrainers and congrats on the 2 pregnancies.
Humans cannot spot reduce fat. That can only be done with a method of Lypo-suction. Just what you didn't want to hear.
The only other way is to eat right, and do some resistance training. This will build some lean muscle and burn fat. The fat sheds off our bodies like an onion skin. You might want to work in some ab routines.
Hope this helps. Also try doing a search on the boards.
Good luck.

My wife has had 3 kids, and had the exact same problem. She started eating right and exercising every day and lost a total of 85lbs. No matter how many sit-ups she did she was unable to lose the fat in her tummy. It made it even worse seeing she had 2 Caserin Sections. She finally opted for some lypo-suction which took about 65 to 70 % of the fat away. The DOC said the only way it will go back to the 100% would to come back later and do a Tummy-tuck. That was way out of our budget especially after her having the Lypo, so she will just have to keep working hard and hope she can reach her goal of losing another 10 to 15 % off her tummy.
