I put on about 10 pounds of lean mass this summer with a lot of hard work and I just hit 235 on bench press, my previous goal was 225 by the end of the year. Man am I stoked. To make things even better, a couple of my female friends have noticed and have complimented me, and a few guys but their compliments don't mean as much to me. :}
