Okay i'm 4'11" and about 97 pounds. I dont have access to a gym (or freeweights) so i need some advice on exercises i can do at home, to not get abs, but slim my tummy down a little, and not to sound nasty or anything but give my butt a little lift. And also slim down my thighs. Any advice would be great :) thanks!

I'm sure everyone wishes they could lose weight in just one specific area, but sadly that's not the case. We can only lower our body fat percentage by diet and exercise. The fat will come off of some areas faster/easier than others. Get yourself on a low carb or low fat calorie restricted diet coupled with frequent cardio, and you'll have a recipe for success!
Good luck with it.

I have the fat arm problem too, minebaby2. Are you doing an arm workout? Pick 3 biceps exercises and 3 triceps exercises and really do them as heavy as you can, at least 3 reps. Kickbacks are great for that flab on the back of the arm. Shoulder presses give great definition to the top of your arm/shoulder too. But along with a good workout, everyone else is right, you really need a clean, low fat, high protein diet to get rid of the fat layer. Good luck.

If you check out the fitness resource section of the site you'll get a breakdown of the various muscles and all the different exercises for each. You can either devise your own work-out from there or use it as a tool to keep variety in your exercise.
