Where is that guy anyway? He said he'd be back end of July, but I haven't seen him.

Yo!
Saxman's in da house! Just keeping way too busy to surf the web regularly. I missed you guys, too. I'll be back at FT in full force very soon. Muttster, I hope all is going well, buddy! How's that little guy? He benching 200 yet?
Hey mrm5, I've done one cycle of the Titan Training program. Very tough program, but I think it was extremely effective. Check out my post in the Over 40 forum for details. I will do it again. Be prepared to train very hard, eat very clean, and get tons of rest. Gee, sounds like what everyone here at FT recommends anyway... Hmmm.

Yo Keno!
Check out the Over 40 group. There's a topic on Titan Training. I provided an overview and my daily workouts. Enjoy all my boring notes (yawn). Just remember, though, you're not allowed to poke fun at my "girlie" weights.

Way to go Mutt. I've been okay. Very busy. Missed you guys, too. I'm still hittin' the weights. My latest PR was hitting 1,000+ pounds on the leg press for reps. As I always say, though, this is "peanuts" for you monsters, but 1000 was a big achievement for me. I've been taking it easy on squats and deads for a while. Shame on me.

Hey saxman I'm right behind ya. I pressed 820# for 8 reps last week! Yippee! Now if my upper body would just catch up with my legs.... Great to have you back, man.
