Hey guys I recently used the Labrada Creatine Powder. I was thinking about switching over to the "Prolab Creatine Monohydrate Capsules". Can anyone give me some feedback on these if they are good to take compared to anything else? Should I make the switch or stay with the powder form and if so then which powder form is the best as I did not see the results I thought I would?

How were you taking the creatine? That could be the culprit. However, some people do not repsond very well to creatine, no matter how they take it.

There is really no problem with switching to capsules, except it tends to be more expensive that way. I would try to stick with the basic powder whenever possible, just for money's sake. I personally like Creapure creatine, a product imported from Germany, and used by only a few companies, such as Prolab and Universal Nutrition. Very clean stuff!

Good luck...
