I started today my second week in the ft Program, I'm training to loose weight and tone. What can I do when I go camping this weekend to keep up my training as best I can without weights? I will be hiking and bike riding.

When I travel I always bring with me my running shoes. Nice and easy.
Hiking and bike riding sounds ok for me too. Enjoy!!

There is also a lot of stuff you can do that doesn't require weights.

Push-ups for pec, dips for tri (go between a the picnic table and a chair), sit-ups (if you can find a soft spot... that ground can be pretty hard), maybe some pulls ups for lats and bi (if you can find a sturdy branch. hehe. or maybe go to a playground)...

And like ravenwolf and Nina said;
Hiking/Running through the great outdoors is always a blast!
