I just wanted to let everyone know how much progress I have made since I started working out with some intensity and desire. I have went from 185 to 225 in a matter of 9 months. Also went from hardly lifting legs to squatting 435 on my last set for reps, and leg pressing 680 on my last set for reps. My arms have been struggling lately due to a torn muscle in my forearm, but I was making impressive gains in my arms as well. From 225 for reps to 275+ for reps. I just hope I don't lose too much with this break I've been forced to go on.

mtlong33-You don't know how much you inspire me to keep on pushing...I’m at 154 now I was 132 about two months ago. I’m not where I want to be yet but I’m getting there. Sometimes I feel like giving up(because of the time it takes to achieve so little), but hearing stories like yours keep me, and probably many others, pumpin.

20 pounds in 2 months is awesome man. You need to keep pushin in order to make any gains. The best thing that you can do is to keep intense. Visualize where you want to be and think about your workout before you even go, it helps so much believe it or not.
