Hello, I guess it is obvious that I am new, or I wouldn't be on this board! *Grin*

I have a few questions - my first one is - I was supposed to start my workout week yesterday and today was a rest day. I didn't get to start yesterday so I was wondering if it messes anything up if I just do yesterday's workout today.

The second question is how do I know how much weight/rep to lift? Is there a formula or equasion?

Thanks!!

Thank you for answering. I just posted another question on another board.

Do you know anything about the cardio side of things? My workout from the site says to do 25 min of cardio on my workout days, but I thought you had to do over 1 hour to affect FAT!

Which is what I am trying to LOSE!!!

Also, I worry that I am going to be much larger after I do this because I am a large frame and have quite a lot of muscle anyway - I don't want to be huge, so....

I guess it is hard to know what will happen if I don't just do it - right? But I don't want to look like a guy!

I am almost 6' tall and currently weigh 224. This is more than I should/want, but my fear is that I will stay this size/weight but just replace fat with muscle...

Sorry for rambling. I will sign out right here - *grin*

Thank you again for posting to me!!! I appreciate it!!!! I checked the other post!!!

I am trying to figure out the diet part, it isn't as easy to use as the workout feature on here - *grin* I am sure it is user error! *Grin*

Do you happen to know where to go to find Body Fat? Everyone seems to be posting about it and well... I don't know how to find out mine.

Thanks!

It was www.mybodycomp.com but I don't like the info it gave me. I have small wrists and ankles and it insists that my body size is way out of proportion to those, well duh, but I don't think they are going to grow! It says I have 37%bf, but the calipers put me a 28% and this site has me at 27%. I just want to say that replacing fat with muscle is not a bad thing. Yes you will weigh more, but you will be smaller in size and in better health. Go by your measurements and not the scales. Good Luck.
