I'm currently on the BLF challenge. My bf is 35% and I'm training 7 days a week. My diet is pretty good. Lots of protein & H20. However, I will like some advise. What is better for recovery, Glutamine powder or Glutamine caps?
Thanks a lot!

Powder is generally alot cheaper and more economical than caps, but caps can be more convienent. But as long as you're getting pure L-Glutamine (not glutamic acid, etc), you'll be fine.

Yes I go for the powder as well.
Good luck with your BLF challenge!

As in your other post, I still say at 35% bf, you don't need glutamine. I would save it till you get much lower in bf.
