hi...i found a meal plan on the net...for weight loss. would like some feed back.
consists of 1400 cal 40%car 45%pro 15%fat.
also...i burn nearly 2000 cal a day. i'm 5'2", 115lb, 20% bf, and very active. would like to lose 3 to 5 lbs. let me know what you think.
meals
1. 1/4c. oatmeal
6 egg whites
1 tbls flaxseed oil
coffee or tea.
2. protein shake 37g of protein 20g complex carbs.
3. large green salad.
6 oz lean fish, poultry, or meat.
2 slices low calorie whole wheat bread...aka cardboard.
4. protein shake same as above.
5. 12 oz. green veggies.
6 oz lean fish, poultry, or meat.
6. nothing was listed for meal 6 but, thought
1/2c. cottage cheese might be good. bring it up to
1500calories.
