does anyone know how to do a true clean and press? i'm not talking about a clean and jerk cuz i know there is a difference between them. any knowledge would help a lot.
Think of a jerk as a dip-drive and catch
Think of a push-press as a cheating press or dive-drive and press. On a jerk, you will catch the weight with the elbows already locked out as opposed to pressing it to the locked position.
