Uhhh I'm new to this I'm 16 and only been lifting weights for 3 weeks this summer. I used to weigh 115 pounds and now i weigh 145. My bicep measure is 14.5 inches is this good? Oh btw I'm 5'6" And what's a good chest size?
It really depends on the individual. There is no "standard" sizes when it comes to chest, biceps or whatever. I think it is more a function of genetics than anything else. 14.5" on biceps is pretty good for someone weighing 145. Keep up the mass program and who knows... it could turn to 18.5" in no time!
