Uhhh I'm new to this I'm 16 and only been lifting weights for 3 weeks this summer. I used to weigh 115 pounds and now i weigh 145. My bicep measure is 14.5 inches is this good? Oh btw I'm 5'6" And what's a good chest size?

Your arms are an inch bigger than mine, if that's any consolation. ^.~ Course, I'm 6'4", and thin...

There are no GOOD numbers to be at. Though having 21 inch arms would be a nice goal for ya. hehe... Stop looking for the RIGHT numbers and instead go growth across the board. You see, once you've reached that number, what do you do then? Stop? Or set new, bigger goals? Set something reasonable like an inch on your chest in a month, or in 3 weeks...

Just keep a record of your sizes, weight, body fat %... whatever it is you're going for.

Hey guys. Where did you get the measuring tape or whatever its called anyways? I've been looking for one of those after the one my dad had ripped. Oddly enough the Big 5 by my house didn't have it.

any cloth store like joann fabrics, walmart has them as well.
