L-glutamine is an amino acid, and whey is an animal-derived protein source. In regards to your medication: without knowing what you're taking, it's hard to say, but in any case, the best person to ask is your Dr.
Since your goal is to put on quality mass (and assuming you're training acccordingly), the best thing to do is increase your kcal intake by eating more quality foods (more each of the macronutrients). At 15 years old, I wouldn't worry about supplements yet.
