Is it best to take, say three exersizes, and alternate between sets? For example, if you have exersizes A, B and C with four sets of each, is it best to do all four sets of A, then four sets of B, etc... Or is it a good idea to do one of A, one of B, one of C, and repeat this sequence fiur times?
