Alternating Exercizes

Is it best to take, say three exersizes, and alternate between sets? For example, if you have exersizes A, B and C with four sets of each, is it best to do all four sets of A, then four sets of B, etc... Or is it a good idea to do one of A, one of B, one of C, and repeat this sequence fiur times?

There are many different ways to break up your workout. Any of them will work for a time, the trick is to keep changing it around. Do them one way for 6-8 weeks and then do them a different way the next cycle, and so on.
