hey peeps, what's up, i've been on ft for some time now, and i did alot research on creatine and weight gainers. I'm 150lbs right now and i really wanna gain like 20 to 30lbs,i eat alot when i can cuz sometimes i'm not tha hungry. I jus got creatine and weight gainer (creatine blast and n large 2), after a long research online and asking people, my question is how do we balance, weight gainers and creatine, i checked on the 'search button' and i couldnt find a direct answer. Some people say to take creatine in the morning, some people say take weight gainer in the morning and some poeple say dont take both of em the same time. i jus took creatine fo like 3 days now, I still havent seen results because i dont have access to the gym alot.
2)My second question is, how much weight lifting u gotta do to see results when u taking creatine and do u gotta go to the gym to work out to see results because sometimes i get home around 5pm and im hella tired, i like to workout at home but some poeple say that's not good, i jus wanna know what u guys think about that.

First of all, I think weight gainers are a waste of money. I know from experience. Why don't you just change your diet and eat more. I know sometimes you aren't that hungry, but you have to force yourself to eat if you want to gain mass. Taking creatine for 3 days won't give you any results. It takes time to get results. There isn't anything wrong with working out at home. It all depends on how hard you train. and how motivated you are.
