A quick question: I typically do my cardio in the evening, but today I decided I wanted to do it in the morning. Well, I got up and had no energy!!! Then I got the worst stomach craps and my stomach still hurts. They bothered me so bad that I had to cut my cardio time down. Has anyone had this happen to them and what is going on?

You could eat a light, mostly protein meal beforehand. or did you eat first?
If you ate first, maybe your blood was mostly diverted to your digestive tract and you just couldn't meet the demands for oxygen and blood elsewhere.
If you didn't eat first and yiu woke up , in a depleted blood sugar state from fasting overnight, you may have just drawn the last of the glycogen out of your liver and caused some cramping...
I haven't experienced such things, but often get up and do morning cardio - sometimes on empty, not too bad. Other times my stomach feels like it is trying to eat itself and I stop, have a quick shake, go back and finish.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck!

Before my morning cardio I always take some amino acids or L-glutamine...... (or even a protein shake with water if the cardio is longer or harder than normal)
You also need to hydrate your body so drink some water!
Good luck.
