Does anyone have any suggestions for Medicine ball exercises. I only know a few and like the movements that are involved. Thank you.

There are tons of cool things to do with medicine balls. look up the Chek Institute and you will find that Paul Chek has a line of medicine ball videos.
You can use your medicine ball for squats, lunges, push-ups (one hand or both on the ball), throwing, catchine, bench press movements... anything you do with free weights will translate to a medicine ball, the angle will change and you will get an entirely different feel.
It also makes a difference if your medicine ball is hard or soft, whether it bounces, how much it weighs...
Have fun!

Also, try searching online - you can find sites that describe and show medicine ball exercises - here is one I found by searching 'medicine ball exercises':

There are many others!

I have used the medicine ball to do crunches (added weight without awkward form)...as well as with another person (toss the ball when you are crunching and then they throw it back to you as you go down) Just some ideas
