Alright.

Im fairly new to weightlifting, and im looking to gain muscle mass. My friends been lifting for awhile and he uses certain suppliments. I asked him what to take in order to get great and fast results. Iv been told to use N-Large Weight gainer, Creatine, and Whey Protien.

Now im 16, weigh 150, and am about 5'10 - 5'11. I wanna put on some mass. Im working out 5 times a week in the gym. I want to know what the best suppliments are for me to take. Can anyone help?

I would opt for the protein and frequent nutrient dense meals. I would save creatine till you have your diet in order and you are no longer gaining. I know you probably think that supplements are what is going to get you mass, but they will not. It is FOOD, quality, nutrient dense food that will do it. Supplements are called that for a reason, they supplement your diet. Start out too soon with them, and they will do you less than what little good they do. 95% of what we do is related to hard training and good diet. Max this out before you try to tweak out the 5%.

Awesome quote. Very true. I'm guilty of overlooking this all too often. =/
