what's up guys/girls, I was a member of FT for a while and started slacking off a bit but now im ready to get back into some serious training. Just wondering what you guys think is the best split for gaining size and strength. I know diet is a HUGE factor but lets just talk about the split. Any comments welcome!

I know a lot about nutrition. I have a degree in it and depending on your body fat% I would recommend a 40%protein 40%card 20%fat intake. Now the % is calorie intake. This is if your body fat is around 12-18%. If it is a little higher the moe 10% of your carbs to your protein side this will alow you to slowly shed of the fat also, and if it is below 12% you may want to move 10% of your protein to the carbs side this may hide just a little definition but it will help you put on weight a little faster also.
