hiya im quite new to this exercise plan and i was wondering what it meant by weight on the sheet i understand that i have to write how many repititons i have done of one certain exercise but i dont understand the weight i thought it maybe if you had weight bands on but i noticed in the example that it had got 405lbs can some please help
The weight is to be filled in with the weight of the dumbells or barbell you used. If you did 10 reps of bicep cable curls at 70lbs, then fill it in with 70.
