Just a quick question. I'm considering starting using supplements but am just wondering what's best to use (although i'm sure there's some hit and miss) or if I should even use in the first place. I'm 5'10, 155 lbs. I'm trying to put on 10/15 pounds of muscle mass (haven't had much luck there.)and continue to tone up. I've been working out hard 4 times per week for the past 6 months (more casual before that). I have protein shakes after my workouts but that's about it. Anything else that would be advisable to take?
Also wondering about Meal Replacements. As I said I am trying to put on some weight. I was told to eat 4-5 meals a day but i have had a good deal of trouble doing that. I'm wondering if meal repacement shakes are a good option?
